EVENT REMINDERS
PLEASE READ
[AGE RESTRICTIONS] 14+
Minors aged under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The accompanying parent or guardians will be required to purchase a ticket but it does not need to be the same ticket category as the minor. Parents or guardians accompanying a minor with a VIP ticket will enter the venue at the same time as them, however, guardians will be asked to wait at the back of the concert hall until the Hi Touch & Photo event is over. This also applies to guardians accompanying a minor with a Snapshot Ticket.
[HIGH TOUCH AND PHOTO EVENT]
VIP ticket holders will be high fiving or high tenning Bang Yongguk followed by our photographer taking a photo in groups of 4.
Hugging the artist or recording videos/taking photos on any device during the session is strictly prohibited and will result in eviction from the venue. Please be respectful towards the artist, rules and staff.
A link to the photos will be provided via ticket holder’s email addresses within 2 weeks after the tour ends. (This is subject to change)
[SNAPSHOT EVENT]
You will prepare your phone unlocked in advance and set it to the camera app. Pick a pose(s) out of the options provided and hand your phone to our member of staff. Following instructions of the staff you will be asked to stand next to the artist and pose according to your choice.
Strictly no recording on any device is allowed during the snapshot event, this is including screen recording. No other poses are permitted either.
Please respect the artist, rules and staff. Failure to do so will result in your photo not being taken and eviction from the venue.
As the photos will be taken on your own mobile phone, you must ensure you have enough battery and storage on your phone.
[NUMBERING & LINING UP]
We will not accept any numbering during time of admission. Please do not camp in advance.
Please note that during the VIP group photo session we try our best to accommodate friends taking photos together which is not guaranteed unless accepting to be moved further down the line.
[GIFTS]
Please note that we cannot accept gifts. However, letters are welcome and can be placed into a box or handed to a member of staff.
[LIGHTSTICKS]
Only official lightsticks relevant to the artist are allowed. Please be considerate of the audience members around when waving your lightstick.
[FAN PROJECTS]
Please note we can only accept 1-2 fan projects per concert. Please join a bigger social media group or page in order to join a project. Projects must be submitted by September 24, 2024, for approval. Project groups can contact us via the contact us function on officialrootcompany.com

[ALTERSBESCHRÄNKUNGEN] 14+
Minderjährige unter 16 Jahren müssen von einem Elternteil oder Erziehungsberechtigten begleitet werden. Der begleitende Elternteil oder Erziehungsberechtigte muss eine Eintrittskarte erwerben, die jedoch nicht der gleichen Kartenkategorie angehören muss wie die des Minderjährigen. Eltern oder Erziehungsberechtigte, die einen Minderjährigen mit einem VIP-Ticket begleiten, werden zur gleichen Zeit wie dieser den Veranstaltungsort betreten, jedoch werden die Erziehungsberechtigten gebeten, im hinteren Teil des Konzertsaals zu warten, bis die Hi Touch & Photo-Veranstaltung beendet ist. Dies gilt auch für Erziehungsberechtigte, die einen Minderjährigen mit einem Snapshot-Ticket begleiten.
[HIGH TOUCH UND PHOTO EVENT]
VIP Karteninhaber werden Bang Yongguk ein High Five oder High tenning geben, gefolgt von einem Foto in 4er-Gruppen.
Das Umarmen des Künstlers oder das Aufnehmen von Videos/Fotos mit irgendeinem Gerät während der Session ist strengstens untersagt und führt zum Verweis aus dem Veranstaltungsort. Bitte seid respektvoll gegenüber dem Künstler und respektiert unseren Staff und unsere Regeln.
Ein Link zu den Fotos wird innerhalb von 2 Wochen nach Ende der Tour über die E-Mail-Adressen der Ticketinhaber bereitgestellt. (Änderungen sind vorbehalten)
[SNAPSHOT EVENT]
Bereitet euer entsperrtes Handy vor und stellt es auf die Kamera-App ein. Wählt eine Pose aus den zur Verfügung gestellten Optionen aus und gebt euer Telefon an einen unserer Mitarbeiter. Nach den Anweisungen des Mitarbeiters werdet Ihr gebeten, euch neben den Künstler zu stellen und entsprechend eurer Wahl zu posieren.
Während des Snapshot Events ist das Aufnehmen mit einem Gerät strengstens untersagt, einschließlich Bildschirmaufnahmen. Auch andere Posen sind nicht erlaubt.
Bitte respektiert den Künstler und unsere Mitarbeiter. Andernfalls wird Ihr Foto nicht aufgenommen und Sie werden vom Veranstaltungsort verwiesen.
Da die Fotos mit eurem eigenen Mobiltelefon aufgenommen werden, müsst Ihr sicherstellen, dass Ihr über genügend Akku und Speicherplatz auf Ihrem Telefon verfügt.
