[AGE RESTRICTIONS] 14+
Minors aged under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The accompanying parent or guardians will be required to purchase a ticket but it does not need to be the same ticket category as the minor. Parents or guardians accompanying a minor with a VIP Benefits ticket will enter the venue at the same time as them, however, guardians will be asked to wait at the back of the concert hall until the Hi Touch & Photo event is over. This also applies to guardians accompanying a minor with a Snapshot Ticket.
[HIGH TOUCH AND PHOTO EVENT]
VIP Benefits ticket holders will be high fiving or high tenning BLOO followed by our photographer taking a photo in groups of 4.
Hugging the artist or recording videos/taking photos on any device during the session is strictly prohibited and will result in eviction from the venue. Please be respectful towards the artist, rules and staff.
Failure to do so will result in your photo not being taken and eviction from the venue.
A link to the photos will be provided via ticket holder’s email addresses within 2 weeks after the tour ends. (This is subject to change)
[SNAPSHOT EVENT]
You will prepare your phone unlocked in advance and set it to the camera app. Pick a pose(s) out of the options provided and hand your phone to our member of staff. Following instructions of the staff you will be asked to stand next to the artist and pose according to your choice.
Strictly no recording on any device is allowed during the snapshot event, this is including screen recording. No other poses are permitted either.
Please respect the artist, rules and staff. Failure to do so will result in your photo not being taken and eviction from the venue.
As the photos will be taken on your own mobile phone, you must ensure you have enough battery and storage on your phone.
[NUMBERING & LINING UP]
We will not accept any numbering during time of admission. Please do not camp in advance.
Please note that during the VIP Benefits group photo session we try our best to accommodate friends taking photos together which is not guaranteed unless accepting to be moved further down the line.
[GIFTS]
Please note that we cannot accept gifts. However, letters are welcome and can be placed into a box or handed to a member of staff.
[LIGHTSTICKS]
Lighsticks of other artists’ are forbidden. Please respect the artist.
[FAN PROJECTS]

RAPPELS D’ÉVÉNEMENT

[LIMITE D’ÂGE] 14 ans et +
Les mineurs âgés en dessous de 16 ans doivent être accompagnés par un parent ou un responsable légal. L’accompagnateur doit acheter un billet mais il n’est pas nécessaire d’avoir un billet de même catégorie que le mineur. L’accompagnateur d’un mineur avec un billet VIP devra rentrer en même temps que le mineur, cependant il leur sera demandé d’attendre au fond de la salle jusqu’à la fin du Hi Touch et de l’event Photo. Cela s’applique aussi à l’accompagnateur d’un mineur avec un billet Snapshot.
[HI TOUCH ET EVENT PHOTO ]
Les détenteurs des avantages VIP pourront faire un high five à BLOO, puis notre photographe prendra une photo par groupe de 4.
Il est strictement interdit de serrer l’artiste dans ses bras, de filmer ou de prendre des photos sur tout appareil pendant la séance et cela entraînera l’expulsion de la salle. Veuillez respecter l’artiste, le règlement et le personnel.
En cas de non-respect de cette règle, votre photo ne sera pas prise et vous serez expulsé de la salle.
Un lien vers les photos sera envoyé par e-mail aux détenteurs de billets dans les deux semaines suivant la fin de la tournée. (Ceci est sujet à modification.)
[SESSION SNAPSHOT]
Vous préparerez votre téléphone déverrouillé en avance avec l’application Caméra ouverte. Choisissez une (ou plusieurs) poses parmi les options proposées et donnez votre téléphone à notre membre de l’équipe en charge. Suite aux instructions fournies par le membre de l’équipe, il vous sera demandé de vous tenir à côté de l’artiste et de faire la pose que vous avez choisi précédemment.
Il est strictement interdit d’enregistrer sur n’importe quel appareil pendant la session Snapshot, y compris l’enregistrement d’écran. Aucune autre pose ne sera autorisée non plus.
S’il vous plaît respectez l’artiste, les règles et l’équipe. Un manquement résulterait à ne pas prendre votre photo et une expulsion de la salle.
Comme les photos seront prises depuis votre propre téléphone portable, merci de vous assurer d’avoir assez de batterie et de stockage sur votre appareil.
[NUMÉROTATION ET FILE]
Nous n’accepterons aucune numérotation pendant les heures d’entrées. S’il vous plaît ne campez pas en avance.
Notez s’il vous plaît que pendant la session des photos de groupes VIP, nous ferons de notre mieux pour nous adapter avec des groupes d’amis qui voudraient prendre la photo de groupe ensemble, mais nous ne garantissons rien, sauf si vous acceptez d’être déplacés derrière dans la file.
[CADEAUX]
Notez que nous n’acceptons pas les cadeaux. Par contre, les lettres sont la bienvenue et seront placées dans une boîte ou remises à un membre de l’équipe.
[LIGHTSTICKS]
Les lightsticks d’autres artistes sont interdits. Merci de respecter l’artiste.
[FAN PROJECTS]
Veuillez noter que nous ne pouvons accepter que 1 à 2 projets de fans par concert. Veuillez rejoindre un groupe ou une page de médias sociaux plus important afin de rejoindre un projet.
