[AGE RESTRICTIONS] 14+
Minors aged under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
The accompanying parent or guardians will be required to purchase a ticket but it does not need to be the same ticket category as the minor. Parents or guardians accompanying a minor with a VIP Benefits ticket will enter the venue at the same time as them, however, guardians will be asked to wait at the back of the concert hall until the Hi Touch & Photo event is over. This also applies to guardians accompanying a minor with a Snapshot Ticket.
Minors aged 16 and older must have a participation consent form signed by a parent or legal guardian.

[HIGH TOUCH AND PHOTO EVENT]
VIP Benefits ticket holders will be high fiving or high tenning BLOO followed by our photographer taking a photo in groups of 4.
Hugging the artist or recording videos/taking photos on any device during the session is strictly prohibited and will result in eviction from the venue. Please be respectful towards the artist, rules and staff.
Failure to do so will result in your photo not being taken and eviction from the venue.
A link to the photos will be provided via ticket holder’s email addresses within 2 weeks after the tour ends. (This is subject to change)
[SNAPSHOT EVENT]
You will prepare your phone unlocked in advance and set it to the camera app. Pick a pose(s) out of the options provided and hand your phone to our member of staff. Following instructions of the staff you will be asked to stand next to the artist and pose according to your choice.
Strictly no recording on any device is allowed during the snapshot event, this is including screen recording. No other poses are permitted either.
Please respect the artist, rules and staff. Failure to do so will result in your photo not being taken and eviction from the venue.
As the photos will be taken on your own mobile phone, you must ensure you have enough battery and storage on your phone.
[NUMBERING & LINING UP]
We will not accept any numbering during time of admission. Please do not camp in advance.
Please note that during the VIP group photo session we try our best to accommodate friends taking photos together which is not guaranteed unless accepting to be moved further down the line.
[GIFTS]
Please note that we cannot accept gifts. However, letters are welcome and can be placed into a box or handed to a member of staff.

ZAPOZNAJ SIĘ
[OGRANICZENIA WIEKOWE] 14+
14+ Osoby niepełnoletnie poniżej 16 roku życia muszą być w towarzystwie rodzica lub opiekuna prawnego.
Towarzyszący rodzic lub opiekun musi zakupić bilet, ale nie musi to być ta sama kategoria biletu co niepełnoletni. Rodzice lub opiekunowie towarzyszący niepełnoletnim z biletem VIP wejdą na teren koncertu jednocześnie z nimi, jednak będą proszeni o pozostanie z tyłu sali koncertowej, dopóki wydarzenie Hi Touch & Photo się nie zakończy. To samo dotyczy opiekunów towarzyszących niepełnoletnim z biletem Snapshot.
Osoby niepełnoletnie, które ukończyły 16 rok życia mogą uczestniczyć w koncercie, jednak muszą posiadać oświadczenie o wyrażeniu zgody na udział w wydarzeniu podpisane przez rodzica lub opiekuna prawnego.
[WYDARZENIE HIGH TOUCH I ZDJĘCIA]
Posiadacze biletów VIP będą przybijali piątkę z BLOO, a nasz fotograf zrobi zdjęcie w grupach po 4 osób.
Przytulanie artysty lub nagrywanie filmów/robienie zdjęć na jakimkolwiek urządzeniu podczas sesji jest surowo zabronione i grozi eksmisją z miejsca wydarzenia. Prosimy o szacunek wobec artysty, personelu oraz ogólnych zasad.
Link do zdjęć zostanie przesłany na adresy e-mail posiadaczy biletów w ciągu 2 tygodni po zakończeniu trasy. (Może ulec zmianie)
[WYDARZENIE SNAPSHOT]
Z wyprzedzeniem przygotuj odblokowany telefon i ustaw na aplikację aparatu. Wybierz pozę z dostępnych opcji i przekaż telefon naszemu członkowi staffu. Zgodnie z instrukcjami staffu zostaniesz poproszony o ustawienie się obok artysty i zapozowanie zgodnie z wybraną opcją.
Surowo zabronione jest nagrywanie podczas sesji snapshot, w tym nagrywanie ekranu. Pozy inne niż te dostępne do wyboru nie są dozwolone.
Prosimy o szacunek wobec artysty, personelu oraz ogólnych zasad. Niezastosowanie się do tych zasad spowoduje, że zdjęcie nie zostanie wykonane, a także może skutkować wyproszeniem z miejsca wydarzenia.
Ponieważ zdjęcia będą wykonywane na twoim własnym telefonie, musisz upewnić się, że masz wystarczającą ilość baterii i miejsca na swoim telefonie.

Podczas grupowej sesji zdjęciowej VIP staramy się umożliwić grupie znajomych wspólne zdjęcie z artystą, jednak nie możemy tego zagwarantować, chyba że grupa zgodzi się na przesunięcie dalej w kolejce.

Prosimy pamiętać, że nie możemy przyjmować prezentów. Jednak listy są mile widziane i mogą być wrzucane do specjalnej skrzynki lub przekazane członkowi staffu.

Lighsticki innych artystów nie są dozwolone. Prosimy o uszanowanie artysty.
[PROJEKTY FANOWSKIE]
Prosimy pamiętać, że możemy zaakceptować tylko 1-2 projekty fanów podczas koncertu. Prosimy o dołączenie do większej grupy w mediach społecznościowych, która ma w planach zorganizowanie projektu.
