[AGE RESTRICTIONS] 14+
Minors aged under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. There are no exceptions to this rule. Entry will be denied if a minor arrives without a guardian.

The accompanying parent or guardians will be required to purchase a ticket but it does not need to be the same ticket category as the minor. Parents or guardians accompanying a minor with Ultimate or VIP Benefits ticket will enter the venue at the same time as them, however, guardians will be asked to wait at the back of the concert hall until the session is over. This also applies to guardians accompanying a minor with a Snapshot Ticket.

[ULTIMATE & VIP SESSION]

Hugging the artist or recording videos/taking photos on any device during the session is strictly prohibited and will result in eviction from the venue. Please be respectful towards the artist, rules and staff.

Ultimate & VIP Benefits ticket holders will be high fiving or high tenning HUTA followed by our photographer taking a photo in groups of 4.

A link to the photos will be provided via ticket holder’s email addresses within 2 weeks after the tour ends. (This is subject to change)

[SNAPSHOT EVENT]

You will prepare your phone unlocked in advance and set it to the camera app. Pick a pose(s) out of the options provided and hand your phone to our member of staff. Following instructions of the staff you will be asked to stand next to the artist and pose according to your choice.

Strictly no recording on any device is allowed during the snapshot event, this is including screen recording. No other poses are permitted either.

Please respect the artist, rules and staff. Failure to do so will result in your photo not being taken and eviction from the venue. 

As the photos will be taken on your own mobile phone, you must ensure you have enough battery and storage on your phone.

[NUMBERING & LINING UP]

We will not accept any numbering during time of admission. Please do not camp in advance.

Please note that during the group photo session we try our best to accommodate friends taking photos together which is not guaranteed unless accepting to be moved further down the line.

[GIFTS]

Please note that we cannot accept gifts. However, letters are welcome and can be placed into a box or handed to a member of staff.

[LIGHTSTICKS]

Lighsticks of other artists’ are forbidden. Please respect the artist.

[FAN PROJECTS]

Please note we can only accept 1-2 fan projects per concert. Please join a bigger social media group or page in order to join a project. Projects must be submitted by January 20, 2026 for approval. Project groups can contact us via the contact us function on officialrootcompany.com

Los menores de 16 años deben ir acompañados por un padre/madre o tutor legal. No se permitirán excepciones a esta norma.
Si un menor llega sin acompañante, se le denegará el acceso.

El acompañante deberá adquirir una entrada, aunque no es necesario que sea de la misma categoría que la del menor. Los acompañantes de menores con entrada Ultimate o Beneficios VIP accederán al recinto a la misma hora; sin embargo, deberán esperar en la parte trasera de la sala hasta que finalice la sesión. Esto también se aplica a los acompañantes de menores con entrada Snapshot.

[SESIÓN ULTIMATE Y VIP]

Queda estrictamente prohibido abrazar al artista, grabar vídeos o tomar fotos con cualquier dispositivo durante la sesión. El incumplimiento conllevará la expulsión inmediata del recinto y la pérdida del derecho a la foto. Se requiere respeto hacia el artista, las normas y el personal.

Los titulares de entradas Ultimate y Beneficios VIP darán un “high five” o “high ten” a HUTA, seguido de una foto en grupos de 4 personas tomada por nuestro fotógrafo.

Un enlace para descargar las fotos se enviará al correo del titular de la entrada en un plazo máximo de 2 semanas tras la finalización de la gira. (Sujeto a cambios)

[EVENTO SNAPSHOT]

El teléfono deberá estar previamente desbloqueado y con la app de cámara abierta. Selecciona una pose de entre las opciones disponibles y entrega tu teléfono a un miembro del personal. Se te indicará colocarte junto al artista y posar según tu elección.

Queda estrictamente prohibido grabar con cualquier dispositivo durante el evento Snapshot, incluyendo la grabación de pantalla. No se permiten poses distintas a las opciones proporcionadas.

El incumplimiento conllevará la expulsión del recinto y la cancelación de la foto.

Como las fotos se tomarán con tu propio móvil, debes asegurarte de tener suficiente batería y espacio de almacenamiento.

[NUMERACIÓN Y FILAS]

No se aceptará ningún tipo de numeración durante el proceso de acceso. No se permite acampar antes del evento.

Durante la sesión de fotos en grupo, se intentará acomodar a amigos que deseen fotografiarse juntos; no obstante, no está garantizado, salvo que acepten colocarse más atrás en la fila.

[REGALOS]

No se aceptarán regalos. Las cartas sí están permitidas y podrán depositarse en una caja o entregarse al personal autorizado.

[LIGHTSTICKS]

Los lightsticks de otros artistas están prohibidos.
Se solicita respeto hacia el artista.

[FAN PROJECTS]

Solo se podrán aceptar 1–2 proyectos de fans por concierto. Se recomienda unirse a un grupo grande en redes sociales para participar en un proyecto.
Los proyectos deberán enviarse para su aprobación antes del 20 de enero de 2026. Los grupos responsables podrán contactar a través del formulario en officialrootcompany.com

– No outside food or drinks allowed

– No DSLR, Compact cameras, gopros or selfie sticks are allowed. Please refrain from recording the performance and enjoy the moment.

– Cloakroom/Wardrobe Available.

– Avoid bringing bags larger than a cabin backpack.

– No se permite ingresar con comida o bebida del exterior.

– No se permiten cámaras DSLR, cámaras compactas, GoPros ni palos de selfi.
Se ruega abstenerse de grabar el espectáculo y disfrutar del momento.

– Habrá guardarropa disponible.

– Se recomienda evitar traer mochilas o bolsos más grandes que una mochila de cabina.
